Glasgow Science Festival 2016

Immunecraft and AfterGlow will be on display at the Glasgow Science Festival as part of their ‘Science Sunday’ on 19 June at the University of Glasgow. The scientists, Dr Megan MacLeod and Dr Paddy Brock, and artists, Eric Shockmel and boredomresearch, will present and talk about the animations. The displays will be accompanied by an immune cell differentiation game and a display of scientific equipment used to capture data on malaria transmission.

Katie-May Boyd, who spoke at the Silent Signal Symposium in February, will present her ‘Malaria Dresses’ alongside the animations, which were produced with the scientists from the Wellcome Trust Centre for Molecular Parasitology at the University of Glasgow.
