Join us for an enlightening afternoon of discussion and demonstration with three of the collaborative artists and scientists partnerships from Silent Signal. The collaborators will share their development processes and insights into how the production of the artworks addressed the complexity of the science.

Participants: Ellie Land and Professor Peter Oliver (Sleepless); Samantha Moore and Dr Serge Mostowy (Loop); Eric Schockmel and Dr Megan MacLeod (Immunecraft) .

Curated by Yasmeen Baig-Clifford and presented by Vivid Projects in partnership with the annual Arts & Science Festival at the University of Birmingham,  as part of the public engagement programme for the nationally touring Silent Signal project, produced by Animate Projects, supported by a Wellcome Trust Large Arts Award and the Garfield Weston Foundation, and presented in Birmingham by Vivid Projects 18 March – 23 April 2016.
